Groups
Small groups, classes, ministries, care groups, members, and leaders.
Groups holds small groups, classes, ministry teams, and care groups. Each group shows its type, description, leaders, and members.
Group membership also contributes to access: a group leader can see people in groups they lead, while still respecting the app's broader privacy rules.
How to
Create a group
Click New group, enter a name and description, and choose Small Group, Ministry, Care, or Class.
Manage members
Open a group to add or remove members and leaders.
Use PCO groups
When PCO sync is connected, groups and household relationships can be imported as part of the one-way sync strategy.
Tips
- A person's groups appear on their profile.
- Pastoral Care users are also valid care assignees for requests, care plans, and queue reassignment.
Group access is role- and membership-scoped. Creating and managing groups depends on your role permissions.
