Queues
Workload by assignee, assigned-person status, stale contact signals, and reassignment.
Queues is the operational view for care workload. It lists active Admins, Pastoral Care Leaders, and Pastoral Care users, shows how many people and open work items are assigned to each one, and highlights assigned people who may need follow-up.
For privacy, assigned people are shown as initials and operational status only. The page does not expose email, phone, address, notes, or full names to Queue Managers.
How to
Read staff capacity
The Assignees table shows each Admin, Pastoral Care Leader, and Pastoral Care user with assigned people, open requests, open care plans, unlinked requests, and how many assigned people need attention.
Review assigned people
The Assigned People table shows initials, assignee, person status, membership type, open request/plan counts, request and plan statuses, last update age, and last contact age.
Choose the attention window
Use the day selector to decide when a person counts as stale, such as 7, 14, 30, or 60 days without an update or contact.
Filter the table
Filter by assignee and toggle between All and Needs attention to focus reassignment decisions.
Reassign open work
Choose another care assignee and click Reassign. Epimely moves that person's open requests and open care plans from the current assignee to the new one and records the action in the audit log.
Tips
- Request links are only shown when your current role/session can open that request.
- A person can need attention because they have no recent update, no recent contact, or no contact logged.
- Queues is intentionally operational: use person pages and request/plan detail pages for sensitive pastoral content.
Queues is available to roles with request write access, including Queue Managers, Pastoral Care users, Pastoral Care Leaders, and Admins.
