Milestones

Birthdays, anniversaries, baptisms, membership, and other important dates.

Milestones tracks important dates across the congregation: birthdays, anniversaries, baptisms, salvations, memberships, dedications, and custom dates.

Birthdays and anniversaries imported or edited on a person profile are indexed into generated milestone rows so they appear consistently in upcoming views.

How to

  1. Choose a window

    Use the look-ahead selector to view upcoming milestones for the next 7, 14, 30, or 90 days.

  2. Open the person

    Click a milestone to open the person record, then send a note, start a task, or review their care context.

  3. Add or edit a milestone

    On a person page, add a milestone, choose the type and date, and decide whether it repeats yearly with a reminder.

Tips

  • The Dashboard shows birthday dates without the birth year.
  • Generated birthday and anniversary milestones are separate from manually entered milestones so manual entries are not overwritten.
